University of Arizona Health Sciences (UAHS) Scheduling manages and supports the enterprise scheduling solution for UAHS, Astra Schedule. UAHS Scheduling works closely with the Phoenix Bioscience Core and UAHS leadership to generate room utilization reports and develop policies and procedures.

Both the PBC and UAHS operate separate Astra Schedule instances with a shared database apart from the UA Registrar's office on Tucson's main campus. The PBC Astra Schedule instance is maintained and managed at the PBC, while the UAHS Astra Schedule instance is maintained and managed at the Tucson Health Sciences campus. We collaborate on version upgrades, user acceptance testing (UAT), beta testing, and troubleshooting. We also provide training and support to our campus users. The UAHS Scheduling team also serves and collaborates on the Astra Schedule National Client Advisory Board (CAB).

UAHS Scheduling helps oversee and coordinate the reservation bookings for curriculum and administrative sessions for the Phoenix Bioscience Core (PBC) and the Health Sciences Innovation Building (HSIB) in Tucson using Astra Schedule.
