Overview:
This document explains the workflow for modifying or canceling events and meetings within the Astra Scheduling application. This workflow only applies to Academic Scheduling users who have scheduled courses and meetings in the Astra Scheduling system.
Selecting the event will open the Event Reservation screen allowing you to make detailed edits to your existing event. Here you can modify or cancel your event.
Modify Your Event
Modify your event(s) to change information such as the dates, times, name, type, status, description, contact, and attendance for specific meetings.
Cancel Your Event
Canceling events or meetings is vital since it releases space and allows others to request it if it is not in use. Following these procedures to cancel events or meetings assists in keeping our campus utilization data as accurate as possible, as well as freeing up space for others to request for their activities.
